Greet and assist customers in a respectful no-pressure environment
Listen to each customers needs and offer vehicle options that match
Educate customers on vehicle features warranties and financing options
Follow up via phone email and text with interested customers
Schedule and manage test drives and appointments
Provide world-class customer service from start to finish (and beyond)
Collaborate with your team and leadership to meet sales goals
Maintain detailed notes in our CRM to support ongoing communication
A passion for helping people and a genuine desire to serve
Professional coachable and motivated attitude
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable learning new technology and using digital tools
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plusbut not required
Weekly draw uncapped commission
