Job Description

Peaceful Pines - Spearfish is a senior living community that provides independent living assisted living and memory care services for area seniors.

We are seeking an experienced caregiver to join our hardworking team of professionals as a Resident Care Aide (RCA)/Caregiver.

The role: The RCAs primary role is to ensure the well-being and protection of every resident through the delivery of high-quality care. The RCA is responsible for aiding residents with daily living activities that may include but are not limited to bathing toileting grooming dressing/undressing walking transporting and other cares. The RCA will be trained to become a Medication Aide who administers prescribed medications to residents as delegated by the communitys Registered Nurse.

We have full-time opportunities. The RCA will report to the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications: Candidates must be dependable have a contagiously positive attitude and a passion for working with seniors and/or caring for others. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with residents families and employees. Ideal candidates will have experience working in senior living.
