Job Description:
Position Summary:
The responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract) will be to support recruitment and onboarding for a dedicated portfolio of job functions for both internal and external positions responding to recruitment business needs across all Airbus North America Divisions. This role is critical to the success of Talent Acquisition execution. Additionally the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support recruitment events and the compliant storage of attendee data in our identified resources to ensure data privacy.
Primary Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate phone and on site interviews with HRBPs hiring managers and other interviewers utilizing teleconference ZOOM/VTC video or onsite offices or conference rooms.
Manage and coordinate candidate travel and expenses through reimbursement.
Prepare candidates for the interview process including detailed communications for all scheduled interviews.
Maintain all data surrounding candidate interview scheduling and coordination in the Applicant Tracking System.
Receive interview evaluation forms from hiring managers to upload in the ATS system upon completion of the interview process.
Coordinate the new hire onboarding process by collecting all required documents from new hires.
Assist in scheduling of pre-employment requirements such as drug screens background checks and physical examinations for internal and external candidates as needed.
Process IT requests for new hires and follow up on status.
Monitor and track status of in process candidates.
Support Recruitment Events and ensure all candidate data is captured in the appropriate resources (Applicant Tracking System and or Candidate Relationship Management tool).
Additional duties as assigned.
Qualified Experience / Skills / Training:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associates Degree preferred
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years administrative experience in a fast paced environment handling a large volume of administrative tasks and complex functions.
Direct experience in recruitment and/or onboarding coordination activities preferred.
Knowledge Skills Demonstrated Capabilities:
Proven organization skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work in an environment with competing demands.
Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and engage & align with agency partners client groups and candidates.
Proven ability to deliver and achieve results in a fast paced dynamic and changing environment.
Familiarity with Federal and State Employment law EEO/anti-discrimination laws is preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Google Workspace Applicant Tracking and HRIS systems preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Vision: adequate to enter and read material on computer screens. Able to identify individuals to initiate greetings the giving of directions and other business interactions
Hearing: able to hear sufficiently to engage in conversation in office settings; able to hear safety alerts and warning signals.
Speaking: able to engage in conversations in person and via electronic means and deliver information to groups of varying size with or without amplification.
Equipment Operation: able to operate a wide range of personal and office electronic equipment.
Carrying: able to occasionally carry up to 30lbs/14kg while engaging in training addressing production issues or as part of continuous improvement projects.
Lifting: able to occasionally lift up to 30lbs/14kg.
Pushing/Pulling: able to push/pull items in office areas.
Sitting: able to sit for extended periods of time at the computer and in meetings.
Squatting/Kneeling: able to occasionally squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items shelved on bottom shelves.
Standing: able to stand for extended periods of time.
Walking: able to walk through office and production areas around flight line and airstrips and sometimes on uneven indoor and/or outdoor surfaces and in an aircraft hangar.
Hybrid - 100% Onsite 3 days per week and remote 2 days per week.
Able to work in the US without a current or future need for visa sponsorship
This position is a temporary (contract) position with no specific time period but could be extended or shortened as needed. Contractors are employed by a 3rd party vendor and placed on assignment to Airbus in America.
