What you will be doing asFinance Analyst:
- Oversee the P&L (both financial and commercial) and BS of the Crush business segment and ensure consistency in reporting across the organization.
- Collaborate with Crush commercial leaders to analyze financial performance assess business drivers and provide insights for effective decision-making.
- Collect and present key financial and operational data related to the Crush business ensuring actionable insights for senior management.
- Manage the monthly rolling forecasting process for the Crush segment improving accuracy and reliability.
- Prepare analytical reports and presentations for senior management offering data-driven recommendations for business improvements
- Support the continuous enhancement of rolling forecasts and financial models to improve precision and effectiveness.
What do we expect from our future Finance Analyst
University degree - preferably with a major in in Economics Finance Auditing Accounting;
At least 3-5 year of experience as a financial analyst or in a similar role preferably in an international company;
Data analytics skills proficiency in big data analysis;
Experience in forecasting budgeting and financial modeling;
English skills - minimum upper intermediate level;
Ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly to stakeholders;
Professional user of MS Office.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of SAP and OneStream
Other accounting certifications (CPA ACCA)
