We are seeking a high potential Executive Talent Sourcer & Coordinator to join our Executive Talent Acquisition this role you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier executive talent across the globe as well as managing internal hiring processes and systems.
This includes but is not limited to:
Collaborate closely with Executive Talent Partner and hiring managers to develop innovative sourcing strategies.
Engage passive candidates throughout a personalized search process from initial outreach to onboarding.
Create comprehensive executive talent sourcing materials including search strategies market mapping industry insights and targeted candidate pipelines.
Utilize advanced search techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct candidate introduction calls to assess high level interest and qualifications.
Shepherd candidates through the recruiting process managing scheduling and other recruiting process requirements as needed.
Manage executive requisitions in Workday and other systems such as creating roles opening requisitions updating candidate stages drafting / sending offer letters kicking off background screens and partnering with admins payroll IT and HR Ops to ensure seamless candidate pre-boarding.
Track search pipeline activity and recommend process improvements.
Maintain candidate and industry data.
Develop and maintain training / process documents in partnership with Executive Talent Partner and HR Ops.
