Under general direction of the Director of Procurement & Contracts and the operational direction of the Lead Public Works Analyst the Public Works Contract Analyst is a senior level position responsible for independently negotiating preparing executing and managing diverse and highly complex and customized procurements including but not limited to Contracts/Agreements Purchase Orders and Request For Proposal (RFP)/lnvitation For Bid (IFB)/Request For Qualification (RFQ) Professional Services Agreements Student Placement Agreements International Agreements Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) License agreements Non-disclosure and Confidentiality agreements Public Works Professional Service agreements and Leases. This Public Works Contract Analyst position will focus on Public Works Design and Professional service contracts and Maintenance procurements. This position is responsible for ensuring that all State California State University (CSU) and campus policies and procedures are adhered to while meeting campus and legal requirements and program needs. The position will serve as the Small Business and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise coordinator and is responsible for applicable reporting.

Pay Benefits and Work Schedule
Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $6500 - $8000 per month
CSU Classification Salary Range: $4598 - $8318 per month
Salary is commensurate with the background and experience of the individual selected.
