Job Description

- Valid general liability insurance in your name
- Applicable trade licenses (where required by law)
- Willingness to complete a background check (if not already done)
- Signed subcontractor agreement and W-9 for 1099 setup
- Set your own hourly rate (we pay you directly for jobs completed)
- 5 years experience in handyman/home repair or related trades
- Skills in carpentry drywall painting plumbing electrical installs etc.
- Tech-savvy and organized
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- Customer rapport and upselling (bonus opportunity)
- Valid drivers license and clean record
