This Position reports to:
Production ManagerKey Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Die Cast Rotor and Maintenance Departments to facilitate the fabrication and repair of equipment
tooling.Execute in-house fabrication and repair procedures to ensure seamless adherence to delivery timelines fostering
customer satisfaction.Safeguard operational continuity by maintaining in-house service capabilities mitigating potential downtime risks andpreserving production schedules.
Uphold the imperative of timely order fulfillment by averting disruptions in the manufacturing process.
Qualifications
High School Diploma required; college-level machining classes preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite AutoCAD/SolidWorks and BUS/SAP is desirable.
25 years of machining and welding experience required. Familiarity with lean manufacturing gating thermal and mold design and flow simulations is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proven track record in project management preferred. Ability to read interpret and edit technical drawings.
Team-oriented with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Must be adaptable to new technologies and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
