Job Type: Full-Time Day Shift 0800-1630 Monday - Friday

How youll contribute

A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:

  • Assist with patient intakes case management and discharging patients.
  • Prioritizes and organizes delivery of nursing care or patients with advanced wounds learn the Hyperbaric Chamber and assist with the healing process.
  • Performs plan of care intervention including medication administration specimen collection clinical treatments as well as other medical care treatment.
  • Monitors records and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team physician patient and family.
  • Documents patient care given.
  • Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care including patient transfer discharge referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.

What were looking for

  • Associates Degree in Nursing required; Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year Acute Care Experience Wound Care
  • Current RN license in the state of practice
  • BCLS required.
