At Wolt were building a world-class marketing engine to accelerate the growth of our B2B product portfolioand were looking for aDemand Generation Specialist to help drive that this role youll play a key part in shaping how we build and scale demand for one or more of Wolts B2B offerings across multiple markets.

Youll be at the heart of crafting and executing high-performing campaigns and building strong cross-functional collaboration with global teams. What youll be doing

As a Demand Generation Specialist youll take the lead in developing and executing Demand Gen campaigns from strategy to launch while continuously optimizing for results. Your work will be at the core of how we attract engage and convert B2B customers at scale.

Day-to-day in this role youll:

  • Design manage implement and execute user acquisition strategies.
  • Implement manage and optimize marketing campaigns across LinkedIn Facebook Google (Search and Display) Paid Social Ad Networks as well as Programmatic direct media buy industry sites content syndication and more.
  • Work closely with other members of the Marketing team across all Wolt regions.
  • Work toward clear marketing KPIs such as CPL closed wons and revenue.
  • Manage stakeholder interests and provide ongoing feedback and reporting analysis.
  • Identify top-performing partners and channels and build strong relationships.
  • Proactively conduct continuous AB testing and performance analysis in order to optimize campaign performance.
  • Implement & Troubleshoot attribution and tracking issues.
  • Partner with local sales team to gather their input on market needs and quality of leads as well as align on SLAs

Our humble expectations

To succeed in this role were looking for someone who brings both strategic thinking and strong execution skills.

Youll likely have:

  • Have a proven track record in tech/SaaS B2B media buying.
  • Experience in some subset of Facebook Google & Programmatic
  • Extensive hands-on experience with paid online marketing managing & scaling your own budget in a global capacity with high budgets.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively plan media investments based on both business and campaign level KPIs manage and optimize budget across channels and do in-house media buying.
  • Obsessed with measurement and optimization.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (e.g VLOOKUP pivot etc.) or experience with data analytics.
  • Good understanding of B2B tactics: ABM Intent-based PLG.
  • A passionate and organized self-starter who doesnt accept the status quo but always seeks to improve and automate processes and workflows in order to increase performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
