PURPOSE
The Operations Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the daily coordination of operations and maintenance activities. This includes outage planning troubleshooting plans and sustainable improvements toward achieving business results in his/her area. The individual will provide leadership to all facets of the production process; help build and support a high-performance work system; and must support and exemplify the vision and organizational values of International Paper Grande Prairie Mill.
