Your Role as an Office Associate III - Adult Outpatient Services
As an Office Associate III in Adult Outpatient Services you will play a critical role in supporting the team through various administrative duties. Your responsibilities will include answering phone inquiries managing receptionist tasks scheduling appointments maintaining accurate records and organizing calendars. Youll interact professionally with clients caregivers and service providers ensuring a smooth and efficient office environment.
You will also assist with preparing accurate documents managing billing and payroll processes taking meeting minutes and solving day-to-day administrative challenges. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based tools like Zoom is essential for this role as youll be responsible for ensuring the productivity and efficiency of our office operations. By providing top-notch administrative support youll help us continue our mission of delivering exceptional care to the community.
Are You a Good Fit for This Role
To succeed as an Office Associate III candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience in clerical and/or customer service roles with a strong understanding of administrative functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Outlook Word and Excel is required along with a solid familiarity with Internet and web-based tools like Zoom.
Excellent communication skills-both oral and written-are essential as youll frequently interact with clients caregivers and other service providers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining accurate records and keeping workflows efficient. Ideal candidates will be problem-solvers who can proactively address administrative challenges creating a positive and productive work environment. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
