Are you looking for a hands-on role where you can make a real impact Join our close-knit team in Telford where were supporting the delivery of high-value water and industry projects across the UK. With a strong focus on safety efficiency and sustainability youll help keep operations moving as we assemble and ship large-scale equipment to site.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Oversee the receipt storage and dispatch of goods and materials to support project and operational work.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
  • Operate forklifts and lifting equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Work closely with the site administrator and wider project team to ensure smooth logistics flow.
  • Support process improvements and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Experience in a similar warehouse or stores-based role ideally in an industrial or engineering setting.
  • Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance or Reach).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and safety-conscious approach to working independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to use stock management systems and basic IT tools (Excel email etc.).

The team in Telford works on assembling and dispatching large equipment kits for UK-wide water infrastructure projects. We are part of Sulzers Water and Industry division delivering sustainable long-term engineering solutions to critical infrastructure.
