About us

No to Violence is Australias peak body for individuals and organisations that work with men that use violence. We provide training sector development and advocacy across the sector. We operate the Mens Referral Service providing a counselling service and referral pathways directly to men who use violence. As a pro-feminist organisation women and children are at the centre of what we do by ending mens use of family violence families individuals and communities are safer.

About the role

Type: Permanent Part Time 0.5 0.6 FTE across 3 days

Classification: SCHADS Award Level 4.1 plus Superannuation

Location: Melbourne with hybrid options and WFH for interstate applicants

Closing date: Interviews will be conducted as applications are received

We require a creative and strategic Digital Content coordinator to drive creative and impactful content a multitude of platforms.

This role is perfect for someone who can blend storytelling advocacy and data driven insights to grow engagement and influence positive change. Shaping messaging for diverse audiences ensure content meets accessibility and trauma-informed standards and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service promotion.

  • Create engaging content for web social and digital channels that is accessible culturally safe and trauma-informed
  • Produce video podcasts and digital stories
  • Ensure brand consistency across all outputs
  • Monitor analyse and report on engagement
  • Support proactive and reactive media activities
  • Respond quickly to emerging issues and opportunities online

About you

Are you a skilled communicator who can adapt messaging for different audiences and formats with strong technical skills in content creation and digital engagement

Do you have:

  • Strong writing editing and proofreading skills for digital platforms
  • Experience creating content for multiple social and digital platforms such as Facebook LinkedIn Instagram YouTube and Reddit
  • Skilled in shortform video and audio production
  • Ability to interpret analytics to improve engagement
  • Alignment with NTVs values
