The objective of the Order Management Specialist is to manage the customer orders according to the order processing procedures in her/his area of expertise (GBU/market) provide back-up for at least 1 other area (GBU/market); participate in UAT and prepare basic reporting
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the correct reception of the customer orders in her/his area of expertise (GBU/market) by ensuring that the incoming orders are timely and correctly registered into ERP system
Act as a back-up for other area (s) (GBU/market)
Perform ASPN changes priority allocations and other activities in order management area
Contact the Customer Service Representative in case of deviations between registered order in the system and received order from the customer to finally process the order as requested by the customer
Answer all queries from Customer Service Representatives related to the input of customer orders
Contact other departments (e.g. Supply Chain Master data ITBA) to solve the problems
Run ready-to-use reports and present the output in proper form (excel power point etc.)
Participate in UAT and provide feedback
Deliver KPI basic analyse of failures root cause propose corrective action
Ensure correct and chronological filing of the orders
Any other activity at the request of the Order Management Team Lead/Manager
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
A. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Fluent English (B2) other language will be an asset
At least 1 year experience in the similar job
Strong level knowledge of an appropriate ERP system(s) in order management area
Good end-to end OTC process understanding
Excel and power point knowledge (intermediate excel and power point user)
Basic presentation skills
PC literate: sufficient knowledge of PC and network and standard packages used under windows
