DescriptionMSPS on behalf of its client -a leading fashion brand- is seeking an HR Assistant to support daily HR operations at the companys headquarters in the heart of Athens.

The role:
As an HR Assistant you will:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records (both electronic and physical) ensuring full compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Registration and management of hiring-resignation and all related forms
- Monitoring and maintaining records of annual staff leaves sicknesses etc.
- Registration and management of shift schedules overtime etc. (ERGANI)
- Timekeeping system management ( )
- Oversee attendance timekeeping and leave management and provide assistance with payroll-related procedures
- Support all stages of the employee lifecycle from hiring through to offboarding
- Act as a trusted HR point of contact offering guidance to employees and managers on policies procedures and workplace matters
- Contribute to the implementation of health & safety regulations
- Assist in performance evaluation processes and prepare HR reports and analytics as needed
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in similar role
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Law or related field
- Deep knowledge of Greek labor law and ERGANI processes
- Experience with payroll systems (Epsilon Business is a plus)
- Excellent Greek & English communication skills
- Strong organization discretion and attention to detail
