Castle Biosciences Inc. is growing and we are looking to hire a Compliance Auditor working from our Phoenix AZ or Friendswood TX office location with a start date of September 1 2025.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Compliance Auditor
In this position you will be responsible for protecting assets and identifying risk through regular internal auditing within Castles Compliance program. You will assess internal controls and ensure adherence to local state federal and company regulations. You will also be expected to recommend improvements to the companys infrastructure related to internal controls and process optimization. You will follow Castle Biosciences audit this role you will spend the most time auditing internal departments helping to maintain and further develop Castles Compliance program setting up and communicating audit plans identifying and managing risk and creating action plans for internal departments moving forward.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree or higher or other professional degree/credentials with at least 2 years of experience in an audit-related role.
- Thorough understanding of audit rules and regulations as well as applicable healthcare compliance regulations (Stark Anti-kickback False claims and others as required.) and the elements of an effective compliance program.
- Basic understanding of the regulatory landscape.
- Advanced excel experience to include formulas pivot tables and data manipulation.
- Ability to drive projects to meet critical deadlines.

SCHEDULE
- Monday - Friday in office 5 days a week from 8 AM to 5 PM exempt position.
