MOJ Portal Fee Earner Hybrid (1 Day Office / 4 WFH) Up to 33000
Location: Wakefield (Hybrid 1 day office 4 days WFH)
Salary: 26000 - 33000 per year (DOE)
Job Type: Full-time Permanent
About the Role:
Were hiring multiple MOJ Portal Fee Earners to join our growing legal team. If you have experience handling MOJ RTA and/or bike claims (whiplash etc.) and want a hybrid role (1 day office / 4 days WFH) this is the perfect opportunity!
What Youll Do:
- Handle a caseload of MOJ RTA and/or bike claims via the MOJ Portal
- Manage cases efficiently from start to settlement
- Liaise with clients insurers and third parties
- Ensure compliance with MOJ guidelines and case protocols
- Achieve settlement targets while maintaining excellent client service
What Were Looking For:
Experience managing MOJ RTA and/or bike claims
Strong knowledge of the MOJ Portal process
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload efficiently
Experience using case management systems
Salary Brackets:
- 26000 - 30000 for those with solid experience handling lower-end fast-track cases
- 30000 - 33000 for those with high-end fast-track case experience (cases worth 20k - 25k)
