JOB SUMMARY
Under the direct supervision of the Health and Wellness Manager the Service Desk Attendant is responsible for the member entry process point of sale functions information dissemination and incoming telephone calls. The Service Desk Attendant greets all members and guests and exhibits excellent customer service skills at all times.JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS
Type: Part-time 48 hours per 2 week pay period
Typical hours: Monday through Wednesday 2:00p-9:00p every other Friday 1:00p-5:00p Every other Saturday 12:00p-5:00p
Education:
- High school graduate or equivalency.
- Associates degree-preferred.
Certification & Licensures:
Must obtain BLS Certification within 90 days of hire- required
Experience:
- Health club experience-preferred.
- Excellent communications and customer service skills.
- Ability to work variable hours necessary.
- Possess a professional attitude and appearance.
- Must be capable of maintaining positive ongoing communications.
- Basic computer operational skills-required.
