About the Hotel
Opening soon in the heart of Mayfair The St. Regis London marks the brands prestigious debut in the United Kingdom. Located on Bond Street within a meticulously restored historic building this landmark hotel will set a new standard in luxury hospitality. With its signature butler service refined interiors by Richmond International and a seamless blend of heritage and modern elegance The St. Regis London is poised to become a destination of choice for global tastemakers dignitaries and discerning travelers.

The Role
As Head of Concierge you will be instrumental in crafting unforgettable guest experiences from the very beginning. This is a unique opportunity to lead the concierge function during the hotels pre-opening phase establishing world-class service standards and building a team that embodies the spirit of St. Regis.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

  • Lead the concierge team in delivering personalized anticipatory service that exceeds guest expectations.
  • Curate bespoke experiences and build partnerships with Londons top restaurants cultural institutions and luxury service providers.
  • Ensure VIP and repeat guests receive tailored attention and seamless service throughout their stay.
  • Maintain deep awareness of guest preferences daily operations and special events to ensure flawless execution.

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee day-to-day concierge operations ensuring alignment with brand standards and financial goals.
  • Develop and implement concierge protocols guest service strategies and team goals.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of local attractions services and vendors to support guest requests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are anticipated and met across all touchpoints.

Team Development & Culture

  • Inspire and mentor the concierge team fostering a culture of excellence trust and collaboration.
  • Serve as a role model for service behavior and professional conduct.
  • Provide coaching feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement and high performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience in guest services front desk or a related area.
    OR
  • A 2-year degree in Hospitality Hotel & Restaurant Management Business Administration or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment with proven leadership in concierge or guest services.
  • Strong knowledge of Londons cultural culinary and lifestyle offerings.
  • Exceptional communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
