About the opportunity
As a Learning & Capability Consultant working within the Learning & Capability Team you will design develop and implement contemporary and engaging learning solutions that build organisational capability and support WorkSafes Strategy and operational needs. This role will involve utilising your professional expertise within both generalist learning and development and vocational education and training (VET) environments to support internal teams Inspectors Agents and other scheme stakeholders to build their capabilities to achieve outcomes for WorkSafe and our community.

About you
You are an experienced Learning & Capability professional with extensive facilitation and presentation experience with a range of audiences. You are passionate about delivering high quality programs in a timely manner. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills allows you to build positive working relationships with your stakeholders.
