This position works out of our Casa Grande Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. Our Nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages from helping babies and children grow to keeping adult bodies strong and active. As a Processing Operator you will follow established procedures and guidelines to form a variety of simple manual tasks that form part of a production process.
What you will work on:
- Load materials into production machines.
- Remove pack and sort raw materials or finished products.
- Collect and dispose of garbage and production waste according to the organizations waste removal and recycling process.
- Clean production equipment and work areas.
Youll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.
Shift:
Please note: This is a 12-hour Night shift position from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am and allows you to have every other weekend off.
- Week 1: Mon - OFF Tues - OFF Wed - 12 hours Thurs - 12 hours Fri - OFF Sat - OFF Sun - OFF
- Week 2: Mon - 12 hours Tues - 12 hours Wed - OFF Thurs - OFF Fri - 12 hours Sat - 12 hours Sun - 12 hours
- Week 3: Mon - OFF Tues - OFF Wed - 12 hours Thurs - 12 hours Fri - OFF Sat - OFF Sun OFF
- Week 4 :Mon - 12 hours Tues - 12 hours Wed - OFF Thurs - OFF Fri - 12 hours Sat - 12 hours Sun - 12 hours
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
- Some college or vocational schooling
