Job Description
Eastway Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a part-time Child Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join our expert behavioral health team delivering psychiatric services to children and adolescents in Dayton Washington Court House and Columbus Ohio an exciting opportunity to work with a mission-driven organization making a lasting impact on young lives.
Job Description:- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for children and adolescents
- Serve as Collaborating Physician for Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs) within the child and adolescent programs
- Offer clinical supervision and guidance to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes
- Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulatory requirements and professional standards
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide consultation to clinical staff regarding diagnosis treatment and complex clinical issues
- Engage in case reviews and team meetings to promote integrated care
- Telemedicine is NOT an option - this is an in-person position.

- Competitive Pay Range: $140 $200 per hour
- Employment Type: Independent Contractor

Requirement description : ALL OF THE FOLLOWING SHOULD BE NOTED IN ADDITIONAL SUBMISSION DETAILS. REQUIRED PRIOR TO CLIENT PRESENTATION UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED
- Board Certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry REQUIRED
- Ohio MD/DO License REQUIRED
- DEA License REQUIRED
- Is provider willing to travel to both Columbus and Washington Court House locations (note in Additional Submission Details field) - REQUIRED
- Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B (note in Additional Submission Details field) - REQUIRE
- Clean malpractice/license history HIGHLY PREFERRED
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Does the provider require visa support; Provider is a current local/Ohio resident; Willing to travel to both Columbus & Washington Court House locations
Weekend Requirements : No weekend shifts required
On Call Requirements : No on-call responsibilities
