What does a Marketing Analyst Do:
With oversight of B2C awareness acquisition and engagement marketing efforts for North America and Latin America the Marketing Analyst will develop and execute the strategy for influencer marketing SEO and potentially other channels as needed to drive member acquisition. Reporting to the Head of Consumer Marketing in our Plano TX office this person will also work closely with the Global Marketing team who has oversight of the global digital strategy and acquisition initiatives.
What Youll Do:
- Develop implement and manage influencer marketing campaigns including determining campaign objectives channel-specific key performance indicators preparing reports and setting timelines for English Spanish-speaking and Portuguese-speaking markets.
- Procure and manage influencers. Develop ideas to engage with them and grow the influencer marketing program. Be available to communicate with influencers at odd hours days of the week as they can be based abroad. Responsible for enrolling influencers into the program and working with the Finance team to pay them.
- Assist Marketing Manager with SEO and content creation efforts while working with the Global Digital team and agency.
- Manage and growth organic social media such as Pinterest and Facebook in Spanish.
- Explore opportunities and facilitate campaigns through other direct marketing channels (e.g. MGM Inserts Employees etc.) with particular emphasis on innovative initiatives.
- Analyze performance data and provide appropriate action plans based on findings.
- Deliver against set revenue budget timeline and ROI objectives.
- Develop general reporting (weekly and monthly).
- Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver on time and on budget.
- Support new projects as needed.
What Youll Need:
- Bachelors degree in marketing or related field.
- 1-3 years of digital marketing experience or related field.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Possess good analytical and communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time with short deadlines.
- Excellent PC skills with proficiency in Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook.
- High standards of conduct and professionalism.
- Flexible with a good attitude.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously and in a team.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
- Experience in graphic design AI and related software applications is a plus.
