Projects / Contracts Operation
.
The role holder is responsible for effective transparent and prompt communication on project updates
and status to all project stakeholders and external partners.
.
Set and track project milestones in collaboration with the project team manage and account for
unforeseen delays and then realign schedule and expectations as required.
.
Identify and monitor specific project related issues including scope changes variances budget overruns
constraints and contingencies that may arise during projects implementation.
.
Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation including relevant contracts change requests
proposals and stakeholder correspondence.
.
Manage projects resources including diverse technical teams licenses and provisioning of new
equipment.
.
Manage complete life cycle of all IT contracts starting from Document review memo creation RFQ
Process to Invoice approvals.
.
Maintain the quality of project documents and ensure that relevant documents and revision updates are
submitted to the Project Management Committee in accordance with the specified guidelines and
approved formats.

Project Delivery
Manage external partners internal resources and stakeholders to create test cases and success criteria
coordinate the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and relevant solution training sessions. Subsequently
ensure project delivery is in accordance with organization quality and best practice expectations.
Contracts Management
.
Manage end to end life cycle of all project related contracts. Proficient in authoring and validating the
SOW Technical Evaluations Memos and Invoices
Development of Guidelines & Procedures:
.
Write and revise system installation guidelines testing guidelines and operating manuals to achieve user-
friendliness of systems.
Systems Maintenance
.
Revise existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements by CLIENT
Sections.
Problem Identification and Resolution
.
Investigate and identify root-cause of occurring problems and system malfunctions and participate in the
formulation of remedial solutions to avoid repeated occurrence.
Keeping Informed on New IT Developments
.
Read manuals periodicals and technical reports to learn how to develop programs to meet staff and
user requirements.
Assistance to Superiors
.
Perform related duties as assigned by superiors to enable achievement of groups targets and programs.

Remarks
.
Bachelor of Computer Science / Engineering from a recognised University
.
8 years of core IT Project management and IT Contract management experience.
.
Techno functional management experience is preferred
.
Experience in SAP S4 Hana preferred
