Our requirements:
- Experience in a soft HR role with a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment processes
- Proactive attitude initiative and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and great attention to detail
- Analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel
- Fluency in English both written and spoken (B2/C1 level)
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks and goals
- Self-discipline and ability to work under time pressure
- A sense of humor and a positive attitude
Qualifications :
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading end-to-end recruitment processes across various levels and departments with a strong focus on independently conducting candidate interviews
- Sourcing candidates through multiple channels and managing job postings as well as the candidate database
- Supporting employer branding and representing the company at external events and university relations
- Participating in diverse recruitment projects gaining exposure to different teams and challenges
- Supporting employee engagement activities such as recognition programs and motivation initiatives
- Handling other soft HR tasks e.g. exit interviews language reviews referral programs and employee surveys
- Collaborating with and supporting team members in daily activities
