Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NetSuite Developer with a deep understanding of NetSuite Manufacturing particularly WIP and Routing functionalities and Netsuite MRP to join our team. Youll be instrumental in enhancing our ERP stack to support custom manufacturing workflows automate production tasks and scale our processes efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Design develop test deploy and document custom NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript.
- Optimize and extend NetSuites WIP and Routing capabilities to support manufacturing operations.
- Optimize Netsuite MRP.
- Implement custom workflows user event scripts Suitelets and integrations that drive automation.
- Build reports and dashboards to monitor manufacturing KPIs (e.g. job costing work order tracking).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations Production Finance) to streamline business processes.
- Conduct code reviews maintain script governance and ensure best practices in NetSuite customization.
- Maintain Clear Documentation of tools and systems.
Requirements
- 5 years of hands-on NetSuite development experience.
- Proven experience with NetSuite Manufacturing including Work Orders Netsuite Assemblies Special Orders MRP
- Expertise in SuiteScript SuiteQL.
- Familiarity with NetSuite Manufacturing and how to bridge standard vs. custom setups.
- Experience integrating NetSuite with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Ability to document technical requirements and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Nice to Have
- Experience in custom reporting (Saved Searches SuiteAnalytics or third-party BI tools).
- Experience with managing Virtual Machines Data warehousing third party reporting solutions. (Docker / k8s)
- Manufacturing domain knowledgecustom production lean processes or job costing.
- Exposure to Australia-based NetSuite implementations and compliance needs.
