Job Description
- Maintain System Functionality: Troubleshoot issues with cameras sensors and related equipment to ensure consistent operation. Adjust process parameters via HMIs as necessary using knowledge of the production process.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless operation of all systems applying understanding of the production process to optimize performance.
- Ensure Product Quality: Monitor systems to uphold quality standards and make necessary adjustments to process parameters to maintain product quality informed by understanding of the production process.
- Provide Training: Assist colleagues in developing proficiency in operating troubleshooting and adjusting process parameters via HMIs. Additionally share expertise regarding the production process.
Qualifications :
- Education: Graduation from a technical high school ideally with a focus on mechanical electrical or automation fields.
- Work Experience: Preferred 5 years experience in a comparable position within a highly automated production setting.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of sensors Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) pneumatics vision systems and robotics is beneficial.
