Job Description

Job Description: Developer - Technical Lead

Experience: 6 to 9 Years
Salary: Up to 24 LPA
Location: India – All Tavant Offices

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Developer - Technical Lead with strong expertise in and AWS to join our team as an individual contributor or Technical Lead. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing deploying and managing applications with additional knowledge of Java and as a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Independently analyze estimate and implement tasks with high ownership.
  • Actively participate in sprint ceremonies (planning stand-ups retrospectives).
  • Communicate clearly with clients regarding task progress and updates.
  • Identify and resolve blockers proactively without relying on external support.
  • Create and manage AWS resources including writing and deploying AWS Lambda functions.
  • Develop test and deploy applications in AWS environments.
  • Write comprehensive unit test cases and adhere to coding standards.
  • Ensure high-quality code delivery while meeting project timelines.

Mandatory Skills:

  • : Strong proficiency in building scalable high-performance applications.
  • AWS: Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g. Lambda EC2 S3 API Gateway) and application deployment.

Good to Have Skills:

  • Java: Experience in Java-based application development.
  • : Knowledge of building modern front-end applications.
