- Prepare detailed reports presentations and documentation related to event progress and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of event schedules budgets and logistics.
- Assist in organizing meetings conferences and other event-related functions.
- Ensure timely follow-up on tasks and deliverables to meet project deadlines.
- Handle correspondence and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Event Management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative professional preferably within the event industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
