You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe All Day Dining Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the hotels all-day dining restaurant while maintaining the highest standards of service. This position is responsible for leading and supervising the dining team coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient service managing reservations and handling guest inquiries and concerns. The All Day Dining Supervisor sets the tone for service excellence provides training and guidance to team members and ensures compliance with operational procedures and service standards. The role contributes significantly to delivering memorable dining experiences and supporting the hotels positioning as a premier destination for luxury hospitality.
Qualifications :
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in hospitality management hotel management or a related field is preferred.
Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage service including in a supervisory role. Experience in a luxury hotel or international chain is highly desirable.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead train and motivate a team with prior experience in a supervisory position.
Service Excellence: Strong track record in delivering exceptional guest service with a deep understanding of luxury service standards.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests team members and other departments.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Food and Beverage Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of food and beverage operations including service techniques menu knowledge and quality control. Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards is essential.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle guest concerns make quick decisions and resolve issues calmly and professionally in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems POS (Point-of-Sale) software and relevant technology for reservations and reporting.
Language Skills: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
