Job Description
Accepting & putting away deliveries
Washing up including dishes pots and cooking equipment (using a commercial plate washer and some manual pot washing)
Cleaning/ sanitising all back of house areas including walls sinks fryers & ovens
Sweeping & mopping kitchen floors
Emptying bins
Adhering to Food & Health & Safety regulations and completing all relevant training
Working within a team of professional porters
Qualifications :
You must be a current resident in the UK. You must have the right to work in the UK. You must be able to successfully achieve an Enhanced DBS (we will apply for you)
You must be over 18 years of age
You must be experienced in a professional catering environment
Have a good working knowledge of back of house operations.
Excellent communication skills
Friendly & helpful enjoys being part of a team
