Site Services Maintenance Assistant
We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Site Services Maintenance Assistant to join our brilliant team in Crewe.
Were looking for a Site Services Maintenance Assistant to help maintain and service all electrical and mechanical infrastructure across the site. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong technical background and a proactive approach to maintenance.

Working Hours Salary & Location:
Shifts: Monday Friday: 8am 4pm
Salary: 32000 per annum
Location: Crewe
Main Duties:
Electrical Site Services
- Maintain and service all site lighting equipment to ensure required lighting levels.
- Assist the onsite electrician with any required electrical installations.
- Support the completion of fixed wire testing.
- Support the completion of site thermography testing.
Mechanical Site Services
- Carry out any remedial works following pest and fabrication audits.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of site water management including:
- Treatment plants
- Legionella control
- Perform general site repairs.
Retail Shops:
- Liaise with shops to resolve any outstanding repair works.
- Respond to any new issues.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication skills
- Electrical and Mechanical expertise
- Understanding of Health & Safety practices
