Your Impact
You will be part of a critical team that ensures life-saving technology can be manufactured reliably and consistently. You will work with a team of talented manufacturing engineers to support the equipment processes and personnel in our manufacturing facility for Axons De-Escalation Devices & accessories.
What Youll Do
Location: Dietzenbach
Reports to: Sr. Manager Manufacturing Engineering
- Provide prompt support to the production lines in response to process or equipment needs.
- Develop manufacturing and test processes by studying product requirements.
- Research design modify and test manufacturing methods and equipment.
- Provide engineering guidance to manufacturing employees.
- Partner with Quality R&D Product and Automation teams to ensure production outputs meets product and customer specifications.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
- 2 years of manufacturing engineering experience in high volume manufacturing industries.
- Applied knowledge of common manufacturing principles and standards.
- Structured problem-solving ability.
- Ability to create clear comprehensive and concise documentation.
- Experience with LabVIEW TestStand Python or other test automation software.
- Experience working with embedded Linux-based systems.
- Experience with LTE/Cellular systems is preferred but not required.
Work Location: This role is based out of our Dietzenbach office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
