Job Description
EHP Legal is helping an Am Law firm find a skilled attorney to join their Private Client practice in Minneapolis. Ideal candidates should have three or more years of experience in estate planning particularly in transfer tax planning trust and estate administration and a demonstrated ability in drafting trust agreements and wills managing probate administering trusts and preparing gift and estate tax returns.
This role requires a collaborative client-focused professional with strong academic credentials excellent communication skills and the capacity to produce high-quality work independently. Admission to the Minnesota Bar is required.
