Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality dental care to patients in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
- Perform examinations cleanings and treatments for a wide range of oral health issues.
- Diagnose dental conditions and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual patients.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care techniques.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to industry regulations and standards.
- Stay updated with the latest dental practices and technologies to enhance service delivery.
- Participate in continuing education opportunities to further develop skills and knowledge.
Essential Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: Doctorate in Dentistry from an Accredited DDS/DMD Program.
- Successful completion of the National Dental Board Examination.
- Valid dental license to practice in the state of Maryland.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 3 years of experience in a clinical dental setting.
- Experience in performing various dental procedures including restorative preventative and cosmetic dentistry.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Annual salary range between $250000 and $350000.
