OVERVIEW
The Director of Marketing will serve as the brand owner for Fortified Brands Company and lead all marketing initiatives to drive competitive product differentiation and increase market share. This role is responsible for setting strategy and overseeing advertising and communication efforts including brand positioning messaging public relations and content development. The Director will ensure a cohesive brand message that consistently supports and strengthens the overall identity of Fortified Brands.
The Director Marketing must be a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of customer and consumer needs attitudes and behaviors and the ability to translate those insights into effective communication strategies that drive brand growth. This position reports directly to the President Fortified Brands.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Owns and protects the Fortified Brands Company brand ensuring consistency across all communications and public materials in alignment with company branding objectives.
Serves as the decision-maker and P&L owner for Marketing overseeing agencies partners and the marketing functions across all Fortified Brands businesses.
Collaborates with the President Private Equity Firms Board of Directors key stakeholders and Product Directors to develop and execute cohesive brand and product marketing strategies.
Works with General Managers to define and enact go-to-market strategy for new products defining target markets and customer segments to drive demand and growth.
Oversees integrated marketing campaigns across advertising PR web email social media and direct mail to create demand and build brand visibility.
Aligns marketing strategy with product and service delivery goals using tools like Wrike FDP and other product development methodologies.
Guides annual business planning and portfolio management efforts to drive measurable sales growth.
Research industry trends customer feedback and competitor activity to inform marketing strategy and executive decisions.
Oversees creation and maintenance of sales and promotional materials including brochures videos photography and animations.
Manages vendor and agency relationships for creative execution samples collateral displays and other marketing materials.
Coordinates planning and execution of tradeshows conferences and events which includes managing promotion logistics and budgets.
Develops and tracks lead generation strategies partnering with the Customer Experience & Revenue Enablement Team to optimize CRM utilization.
Defines and monitors key performance metrics to measure marketing impact and ROI.
Manages the annual marketing budget in alignment with company goals.
Owns customer rewards and loyalty programs as well as co-op program design and administration.
Leads marketing team development including staffing coaching and retention of high-performing talent.
Oversees marketing strategy and execution for all Fortified Brands divisions and sub-companies including:
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct responsibility to lead manage and hold accountable the following positions and indirect responsibility for all employees that report into these positions.
