JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Manager Card Management & Marketing is a key member of the Global Cards partnership with several leading financial institutions this role is responsible for leading the planning and execution of customer marketing initiatives across the US Card portfolio. This role is accountable for driving cardmember engagement through the deployment of spend marketing campaigns the creation of cardmember communications to ensure seamless benefits fulfillment and product awareness the management of exclusive cardmember experiences and events and oversight for other initiatives that increase customer love and grow share of wallet. A key focus is around improving the cardmember experience with a focus on innovation to achieve top of wallet behavior across key customer segments.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience Required
4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration Marketing or related major
5 years of relevant professional experience demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
Financial or analytical experience
Education and Experience Preferred
Specialized experience in Loyalty programs credit cards and/or hospitality a plus
Experience in partnering with loyalty and brand marketing through various channels including: email web/app social media direct mail servicing centers and partner channels
Strong knowledge and passion for the loyalty competitive landscape and ability to remain current with industry trends
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Loyalty Management
Oversee Cardmember benefits and experiences to create a best in class customer experience increase engagement and drive profitability including but not limited to:
Monitor the share of wallet customer sentiment and benefits of card portfolios
Own development and ongoing management of yearly marketing calendar
Implement promotions and other programs to drive share of wallet and lower attrition
Oversee communications strategy to inform cardmembers of new benefits/offers changes to current benefits or fulfillment of benefits
Work closely with New Product Development team to refresh develop and launch new benefits as needed to remain ahead of the competitive set
Partner with loyalty team to integrate relevant cobrand messaging into Loyalty marketing channels (and vice versa)
Support creative and card brand changes partnering with Loyalty Marketing to maintain current loyalty branding and identity
Serve as Finance liaison for bonus code set up and tracking
Work with capabilities team to ensure flawless execution of promotions and benefit fulfillment
Cardmember Engagement
Manage card member events and other activities to drive loyalty and improve card member sentiment (NPS)
Partner with Moments team to promote and integrate card member engagement with Loyalty member engagement activities
Maintaining Goals
Develops specific plans to prioritize organize and accomplish work within agreed upon timelines.
Provides input and assistance to other teams regarding projects.
This will be a hybrid position based in Bethesda Maryland and New York City New York.
Maryland Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $108300 to $140000 annually.
New York Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $119100 to $154000 annually.
