Shift: 2nd (2pm10pm MonFri)
Hourly Wage: 20$
Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance (QA)
- Verify quality on press startup
- Inspect in-process retains
- Troubleshoot unflagged press defects found in-process or during inspections
- Conduct end of press run review
- Monitor compliance to SOPs cGMPs and company policies
- Review batch documentation prior to job shipment
- File closed jobs both into immediate and long-term storage
- Use diagnostic equipment to test both new materials and retains from jobs
- Production Support
- Assist operators and finishing teams with material handling setup and cleanup tasks.
- Load and unload raw materials paper stock and printed materials as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of production areas in compliance with company and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment.
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking of supplies.
- General
- Record time and material on each job as required through PSI.
- Support and contribute a healthy and safe work environment by following all workplace regulations policies and initiatives including reporting all first aid injuries accidents and workplace hazards.
- Adhere to all quality standards work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Other duties as assigned or directed.
Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven work experience
- Requires standing using hands to feel and touch; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear. This position requires frequent walking. Occasionally employee is required to climb or balance stoop kneel crouch or crawl.
- Must be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Specific vision requirements are close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to tolerate strong solvent smell in parts of the plant.
