Concierge / Front Desk - Part-Time/On-Call
About the Company
Lantern Crest Senior Living is a leading senior living community located in Santee California. We provide exceptional care and support for our residents promoting a vibrant and comfortable living environment.
Description of the Role
As a part-time 3 days per week Concierge / Front Desk at Lantern Crest Senior Living you will be the first point of contact for our residents and visitors. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome residents visitors and staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls provide information and transfer calls to the appropriate department
- Assist residents with their daily needs and inquiries
- Manage mail and package deliveries
- Maintain the front desk area ensuring it is clean and organized
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Concierge or in a customer service role is preferred
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
