- Co-ordinate the creation governance and delivery of the stakeholders Data portfolio of programmes ensuring integration and prioritisation of programmes and constituent projects and appropriate allocation of resources.
- Support the reporting to senior leadership and/or other stakeholders on progress across the portfolio including milestones and tracking of benefits realised. Specifically any portfolio governance bodies including SPT SteerCo MC Board CCB BDA Project Approval process.
- Co-ordinate the updates of programme and project resource budgets working closely with finance to provide a view of regular forecasts and presenting variances with narrative at appropriate review points to ensure effective utilisation.
- Ensure programme and project compliance with the organisations wider governance structures and processes.
Establish an effective positive working relationship with project/programme teams to support the delivery of the portfolio; providing coaching and guidance as and when required for example on how to apply the AXA Benefits framework
