The Dallas office of our client a Top 100 AmLaw international firm is looking for a senior associate with six to seven years of experience to join its rapidly expanding and internationally recognized Debt Finance Practice. This role offers the chance to significantly impact the growth of their special situations restructuring and private equity practices all of which are strategically vital to the firm. The work is sophisticated and dynamic with strong mentorship and training provided.
Candidates should have a solid academic background from a nationally respected law school along with an impressive undergraduate degree. Experience at a large law firm and excellent references are also essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as a commitment to excellence are required.
