Associate Attorney- Insurance Law
Location:Ft. Lauderdale FL
Firm:Prestigious Florida-based law firm
Position Description:
The Insurance Practice Group of a long standing prestgious Florida-based law firm is seeking anAssociatewith 2 years of experience to join its thriving practice.
Responsibilities:
- Handle first-party property damage and premises liability cases.
- Engage in litigation and provide legal counsel to clients.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on various cases.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Member of the Florida Bar.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Exceptional writing skills.
- Litigation experience preferably in insurance law.
