We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant Nursing Education to:
- Provide leadership support with management of calendars maintenance of agendas meeting minutes and the coordination of activities and schedules of management and department teams.
- Help prepare reports research issues and update policies procedures manuals and administrative tools.
- Help facilitate technology needed for educational offerings and create evaluation tools for classes.
- Support the UW Health Nurse Residency Program.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field Preferred
Work Experience
- 1 year experience in an administrative support role Required
- 3 years experience in an administrative support function Preferred
- Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
