IFYS has two exciting relocation opportunities for a Regional Manager to oversee our Non-Family Based Care programs in the Rockhampton or Wide Bay regions.
This role leads and manages a team of Case Managers ensuring the programs maintain the highest level of service delivery and practice standards.
Locations of the positions:
You will be primarily working from one of our IFYS offices located in Rockhampton or Hervey Bay.

This role requires a seasoned leader in the child protection sector with proven ability to oversee multiple programs. You will be well versed in contemporary practice frameworks and passionate about leading your teams to strive for the highest standard of service delivery. We are looking for someone with a high level of governance who knows how to manage complex situations while maintaining integrity and relationships.
