- Competitive Compensation: $25-27 per hour
The Contract HR/Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for Approving Benefit Enrollments Qualifying Life Event Verifications Leave of Absence Administration Workers Compensation Reporting ADA Accommodations and Vendor Management/Invoice & billing processing. The position will ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with regulations and policies.
Background Profile:
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required (Bachelors Degree Preferred)
- 2-4 years HR/Benefits experience including Benefits & life events LOA Workers Compensation ADA Vendor Management (Compensation experience a Plus)
- 2 years ADP Workforce Now experience
- 2 years MS Excel experience including Formulas Vlookups Pivot Tables
- Understanding of HR regulations: FMLA/STD ADA workers compensation COBRA ACA and other compliance requirements
- Proven experience with Benefit enrollments life event verifications Workers Compensation reporting LOA administration ADA accommodations Vendor management/invoicing & billing within multiple systems/carriers
- Exceptional Communication Interpersonal Skills both written & verbal
- Motivated Team Player with a strong work ethic & enjoy working in a collaborative fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple priorities & ongoing processes at one time
- Must be US Citizen OR US Green Card Holder to be considered
