Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Estimator to lead Construction Design-Build and EPC estimates for a broad range of environmental projects. This role plays a key part in driving informed decision-making by delivering accurate detailed and reliable cost estimates while helping to reduce organizational risk.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement estimating strategies including leading risk review processes

Oversee estimating schedules to ensure on-time and quality deliverables

Maintain adherence to internal estimating standards and best practices

Review and approve insurance quotes subcontractor proposals and equipment pricing

Present detailed cost estimates to both internal stakeholders and external partners

Support and mentor junior estimating staff

Evaluate project scope and contract terms to identify and mitigate potential risks

Maintain and manage historical cost data and estimating databases

Support pre-construction efforts including value engineering and proposal preparation
Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered)

Minimum of 7 years of direct project estimating experience

Proven leadership and analytical skills

Strong communication abilities both written and verbal

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ConEst and K-base
-
OSHA 10-hour certification is required
