- High School diploma or Equivalent required
- Bachelors degree in lieu of experience required
- 1 year Human Resources experience required
- Healthcare experience preferred
What You Will Do
The Strategic Employee Relations (SER) Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with overall case management ensuring compliance with service level agreements supporting department processes /functions including but not limited to policy review process generating related reports and providing overall support for the SER team.
Case Management:
- Gather initial information and categorize concerns
- Collaborate with leadership to assign cases to the appropriate SER Specialist or SER Consultant for investigation and resolution
- Maintain accurate tracking of cases in the system to ensure data integrity
- Organize and file case documentation
Administrative Support:
- Responsible for overseeing the departments email inbox ensuring prompt responses and efficient management of inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to Director and Manager which may include managing calendars scheduling meetings special events etc.
- Prepare presentations create forms and other administrative duties as assigned
- Support the review process of policies in PolicyConnect.
- Helps prepare for Internal Review Panels and Senior Leader Reviews.
Reporting:
- Create and analyze case management reports
- Generates policy review status reports
- Collaborates with the Data Analytics team and other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity on all things related to SER department.
Performs other duties and/or participates in special projects as assigned.
