Job Title: Engineering Supervisor

Pay: $23.00ph

Location: Kissimmee FL

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Job Responsibilities

• Support engineering services that effectively address challenges affecting guests members owners and team members.
• Assist in the assessment of training needs. Train and instruct fellow coworkers by passing along knowledge and skills. Assist team members in their development and further advancement.
• Participate in property and departmental training as directed by Director of Engineering.
• Work independently and/or as a team able to analyze problems and formulate plans to get work done quickly including procurement of materials parts etc. and scheduling arrangements with high degree of quality.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules write routine reports logs and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively with customers and team members. Coordinate efforts between Engineering and other departments.
• Look for the ways to conserve energy and report any ideas to the Director of Engineering.
• Have practical knowledge of fire sprinklers fire alarm systems and emergency power systems.
• Notify management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting heating and ventilating equipment.
• Adhere to all safety procedures regarding the use of equipment and PPE.
• Adhere to Reunion Resort and Golf Club company procedures and policies and ensure all team members abide by them
• Assist with different safety programs including fire hazard safety hazard and liability issues
• Coordinate and distribute work assignments to fellow coworkers and ensure they understand their responsibilities for the shift
• Ensure inventory is up-to-date at all times
• Completing any other task/duties assigned

• Position requires flexibility in scheduling including AM/PM shifts weekends and holidays
• Must have attention to detail strong ability to multi-task and time-management skills
• Maintenance lead experience of at least 3 years is required. Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma GED or equivalent is required
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time. Must be able to complete repetitive motions throughout shift such as reaching pushing pulling lifting carrying etc.
• Valid drivers license is required.
• Ability to lift push and pull up to 50lbs.
