As part of the Auberge family we are looking for a dynamic reservations leader who will be responsible for driving the success of our area reservations team in collaboration with the Area Director of Reservations. This role helps nurture the reservations team through management training and providing clear and consistent feedback.
- Work closely with the Area Director of Reservations to oversee and manage the reservations team for three of our California based Auberge properties: Solage Stanly Ranch The Inn at Matteis Tavern.
- Manage the intraday activity for the reservations department to help ensure the daily operation and team are fully supported.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to reservations and revenue.
- Track and report on agent performance and productivity metrics.
- Help achieve departmental conversion and revenue targets while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
- Analyze booking patterns market trends and competitor pricing to make informed recommendations.
- Maintain rate integrity in accordance with revenue management strategies and communicate strategies to the reservations team.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiencies and to optimize the reservations experience for our guests.
- Conduct quality assurance by scoring calls performing audits providing coaching and feedback for each team member.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by creating team incentives providing recognition leading team appreciation events and finding innovative ways to keep team morale and engagement high.
- Train mentor and lead each team member to grow agent performance and ensure guest satisfaction is met.
- Address and resolve any guest issues or concerns related to reservations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with repeat guests and travel partners to enhance loyalty.
- Work collaboratively with other team leaders to strategize on key objectives and how to efficiently execute them.
- Make quarterly trips to each property to stay up to date on resort information and to liaise with the onsite team.
- Maintain accurate and relevant knowledge of all properties within the region including room types experiences rates and property specific details.

The starting range for this position is $75000. This is the pay rate for this position that Solage reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors such as experience and education.
Qualifications :
- 1-3 years of experience of supervisory experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays according to department needs
- Strong computer skills including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software suite.
- People person must possess a professional positive presentation and strong motivation to provide exceptional customer service
- Must have previous reservation sales experience
- Must have a quiet dedicated space free of distractions
- Previous experience with Opera NAVIS/Revinate is preferred
- Must be able to type 35 wpm
